Problem:
My computer crashed or internet connection failed before I could print my e-ticket.

    Solution:
    Check your email for a confirmation. You should receive it in fifteen minutes or less. If you received a confirmation, there is a link in the email that will take you back to your tickets. Click on the link and print your tickets. If you did not receive a confirmation, email info@mhrvshows.com.

Problem:
My printer doesn't work.

    Solution:
    If you already placed your order but your printer is not functioning, you may access your ticket from another computer (for a limited time) through the e-mail message that has been sent to your e-mail address.

Problem:
My printer is printing the ticket page without the ticket.

    Solution:
    First check that your Netscape or Internet Explorer browser is set up correctly to print graphics. If the browser prints other images but not your ticket please contact info@mhrvshows.com. We will assist you as soon as we can.

Problem:
I bought the wrong amount or type of ticket.

    Solution:
    E-mail info@mhrvshows.com and clearly explain your problem and we will assist you as soon as we can.
